macOS: Safari is not recommended for long recording. Use Chrome with Screen Recording permission enabled.
Audio: Browser audio capture depends on OS/browser support. On macOS, full system audio usually needs a virtual audio device.
For 3-6 hour recordings, keep Mac Stable selected.
If recording stops on macOS, turn audio off and try again.

Idle time is calculated from the captured area. If the user shares only one window and works in another window, that captured window may look idle. For better idle accuracy, ask the user to share the entire screen.
